Whether you were a fan of bugs, bats and other creatures of the night or just wanted to scare your friends, you had to look no further than Diener’s line of hyper-realistic Creepers to find the perfect creepy-crawly rubber toy! Unlike the adorable, highly stylized Itty Bittys characters, the Creepers line featured insects, reptiles and small animals that were sculpted and painted to look just like the real thing. The specific creatures in the line varied over the years with some made-up characters in the earlier lines. Those were eventually dropped in favor of real creatures found in nature.
