Matchbox Cars

Originally a British competitor to Mattel’s Hot Wheels, Lesney’s Matchbox Cars were one of the most popular vehicle lines that Diener produced in the 1970s. Sold under the names “Eraser Cars” and “Mini-Flexies,” these rubberized racers featured sports cars, dune buggies and other exotic favorites from the Matchbox lineup. They were sold both individually and on blister cards in sets of two or four. Their bright colors and detailed designs made them a big hit with kids and collectors alike!
